Executive Vice President, Service, Operations
& Technology, Texas Capital Bank
Kirk Coleman began his tenure at Texas Capital Bank in 2015 as executive vice president of Service, Operations & Technology. He is responsible for leading service functions ranging from our Relationship Associates team to client onboarding, client contact center, and banking center functions. Operationally his scope covers all deposits, treasury management, and lending activities, including support of our Mortgage Finance business. Additionally, he is responsible for all technology and program management at the bank.
Previously Coleman had responsibility for Information Security, Information Privacy, IT Risk, and Business Continuity, and he also chaired the bank’s Strategy Committee. He continues to play a key role in facilitating strategic planning for the bank.
Prior to joining Texas Capital Bank, Coleman was with Accenture for more than 21 years, rising to managing director (partner) in 2006. He developed and managed banking clients, focusing on both the largest North American banks and smaller regionals. During his career he served as banking front office Transformation Lead (marketing, sales, and service) and spent significant time as one of Accenture’s leaders for Core Banking Solutions and M&A in Banking. He was both the Dallas office people lead and Dallas office financial services lead.
Coleman earned a degree in economics from Baylor University, where he is on the advisory board of the Hankamer School of Business and an investor with the Baylor Angel Network.
