COVID-19 RELIEF INFORMATION
FOR EXISTING SBA BORROWERS

The Small Business Administration (SBA) has approved modifications to their existing programs as detailed below:

Existing SBA Disaster Loans
If you have an existing SBA Disaster Loan (for example, a Disaster Loan secured as a result of a previously declared disaster like 9/11, Hurricane Katrina or Hurricane Harvey), the SBA announced that payments may be automatically deferred through December 31, 2020 without prior approval from the SBA. For more information, view the SBA’s announcement.

Existing SBA Section 504 Loans
If you have an existing SBA Section 504 loan as a second lien, the second lien payment may be deferred with approval by the Community Development Corporation (CDC) that provided the original loan. Please contact the CDC directly to request deferment.

To request a deferment on an existing SBA loan type not listed above, please contact the loan officer you worked with in obtaining the original loan. A list of Texas Capital Bank SBA loan officers can be found here.
