Steven P. Rosenberg has served on the Board of Directors of Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. since 2001 and currently serves as Chair of the Governance and Nominating Committee and a member of its Technology and Trust Committees.

Mr. Rosenberg is Manager of SPR Ventures, Inc., a private investment company, and was formerly president of SPR Packaging LLC, a manufacturer of flexible packaging for the food industry. Prior, he served as president, Arrow Industries, a subsidiary of ConAgra Inc.

Mr. Rosenberg is a Director, Chair, Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and member, Audit Committee for Cinemark Holdings Inc. He previously served as a Director of PRGX Global Inc. and Reddy Ice Group Inc. Mr. Rosenberg was also previously a Director of Texas Capital from 1999 to September 2001.

He is Chair of Dahan Fund for Bar Ilan University, Israel, Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum Endowment, and American Friends of Bar Ilan University. Mr. Rosenberg additionally services as a member of Bar Ilan University’s Global Board.
