Elysia Holt Ragusa was elected as a director in January 2010. Ms. Ragusa is a principal of RCubetti, a leadership training and consulting firm. Prior to its merger with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), Elysia served as President and Chief Operating Officer of The Staubach Company (TSC) from 2001 through 2007. She chaired both the Executive and Operating Committees as well as served on the Board of Directors.
As President and COO, Elysia oversaw TSC’s North American operations and provided strategic direction for all business units. Under Elysia’s leadership, TSC was established as one of the most prominent real estate service providers in the U.S. Elysia’s focus on business development and relationship management supported Staubach’s achievement of one of the highest broker production rates in the industry as well as an average 20% annual growth rate.
Elysia was a member of the Merger Committee leading the due diligence and integration process between The Staubach Company and JLL. Following the merger, she was International Director of JLL with team and P&L responsibility for the Central Texas market.
