Protect Your Personal Information
It is important to us that you are protecting yourself and other's personal information while on our social media channels, which are all available to the public. Please refrain from posting any personal or identifying information. This includes but is not limited to account numbers, addresses, social security numbers or contact information. Texas Capital Bank will not request personal or identifying information unless we need additional information in connection with a question you initiated.

Avoid Fraudulence
Our social channels may contain links to other sites which are not maintained by, or related to, Texas Capital Bank. These links are to be accessed at your own risk. We recommend that you do not open any third-party links from unidentified sources. These links may redirect you to websites with inappropriate content and leave your device vulnerable to viruses. We do our best to keep our social media channels free of fraudulent content but ask that you refrain from opening or posting unauthorized links.
Act Respectfully
We ask that you treat everyone in the Texas Capital Bank community with kindness and respect. please do not post offensive or inappropriate content on our social channels. This includes but is not limited to crude comments and harassment on grounds of race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, religion or belief, sexual orientation or age.
Third-Party Opinions
The views expressed by any individual on our social channels are those of the individual and do not necessarily reflect the views of Texas Capital Bank.
Removal From Community
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates the community guidelines outlined above or any solicitations, trolling or spamming comments, and irrelevant negative content. We also reserve the right to suspend or block users who repeatedly or glaringly violate these guidelines. In extreme cases, we may also report users to authorities should they violate the law.
Modification of Community Guidelines
These guidelines are subject to revision by Texas Capital Bank and may be modified at any time. These guidelines were last updated on May 1, 2021.
