Ray joined Texas Capital in March 2026, bringing deep institutional knowledge developed through his prior service as a Trust Officer at Arden, Frost, Bank of America, Northern Trust and JPMorgan. His career reflects a strong commitment to fiduciary excellence, operational discipline and high-touch client service. He is highly experienced in supporting multigenerational families and navigating complex family dynamics, applying thoughtful fiduciary judgment to balance beneficiary interests, honor settlor intent and promote continuity across generations. His approach emphasizes proactive communication, disciplined administration and solutions-oriented decision-making, particularly in situations involving unique asset structures, discretionary decision-making or heightened sensitivities among beneficiaries.

Ray holds a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) designation and is fluent in Spanish. He earned a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Economics from Harvard University Extension School and is currently pursuing a Master of Legal Studies in Wealth Management at Texas A&M University School of Law.

Nancy joined Texas Capital from Northern Trust, where she was a Senior Portfolio Manager.  Prior to joining Northern Trust, Nancy was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Lee Financial.  Nancy spent 10 years as Research Director for a family office, focusing on domestic large cap equity research.  She began her career at Bank of America where she joined the trust department as Personal Trust Portfolio Manager after a stint in credit training and restructuring underperforming loans.

His expertise includes employee benefits consulting, 401(k) and 403(b) plans. Additionally, Neal has consulted with high net-worth business owners in the areas of estate tax planning, qualified and non-qualified deferred compensation arrangements, business succession planning, key person insurance strategies, and executive benefit programs designed to support recruitment and retention.

Over the past two years, Neal leads Texas Capital’s 401(k) advisory offering. His team conducts plan efficiency studies and market benchmarking analyses, evaluating investment lineups, third-party administrator (TPA) and recordkeeper relationships, and advisor fee structures. Through these efforts, the team has helped businesses reduce plan expenses while enhancing participant engagement, communication, and overall plan effectiveness.

Prior to joining Texas Capital, she served for two decades as In-House Counsel for Bickers Consulting Group, LLC, a boutique consulting firm based in Atlanta, Georgia, where she provided industry specific consulting services on estate and business succession planning and mergers and acquisitions to multi-generational, family-owned alcohol beverage distribution companies across the country. Prior to her tenure with Bickers Consulting, she served as Trust Officer for US Bank in San Francisco and as Associate Attorney for the Law Office of Charles M. Hunt & Company in Dallas where she focused her private practice on estate planning, trust, probate and guardianship law.
