Texas Capital Bank has initiated its business continuity plan, which is built on procedures we’ve long had in place. This plan is routinely tested and designed so that we can utilize technology to transact, communicate, and conduct business with you as usual in times like these. We are taking precautions within our branch locations and following enhanced cleaning procedures. We have also implemented restrictions on business travel and large group meetings and are encouraging conference calls in lieu of in-person meetings when possible.
We encourage you to reach out to your Texas Capital Bank Relationship Manager, Private Client Advisor, or Client Support with any questions. We greatly appreciate our relationship with you, and the health, safety, and well-being of our clients, employees, and communities in which we serve is our highest concern.
We will continue to take proactive, educated actions with the needs, health, and safety of our clients, employees, and communities at the forefront of every decision we make. Please visit this site for updates and communication on what we are doing to help stop the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, while continuing to serve you with as minimal disruption as possible.

Premier Place banking center closed until further notice
March 21, 2020
A case of the coronavirus (COVID-19) was confirmed on Thursday, March 19, 2020 for an occupant of Premier Place. Out of an abundance of caution, Texas Capital Bank is closing its Premier Place banking center for deep cleaning until further notice. Notably, the infected individual has not been inside the Premier Place building since March 11. Moreover, we have no reason to believe that the infected individual, who has no known relationship with Texas Capital Bank, visited the Premier Place banking center at any time.
The health of our colleagues, clients, and community is our highest concern. We are actively monitoring the specifics of this situation to ensure appropriate measures are taken to prevent the continued spread of COVID-19.
