The Small Business Administration (SBA) administers the following COVID-19 relief programs:
Payroll Protection Program (PPP): Texas Capital Bank is no longer accepting additional applications for the SBA Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) at this time.
For clients who received a PPP loan through Texas Capital Bank, we will be using our loan portal to facilitate the submission of loan forgiveness documents. Additional information on this process is available here.
The Small Business Administration recently released a revised Paycheck Protection Program loan forgiveness application and an EZ version of the application that implement the PPP Flexibility Act.
The EZ version can be used by those who are self-employed and have no employees; didn’t decrease their employees’ wages or salaries by more than 25%, and didn’t reduce their employees’ number or hours; or experienced reductions in business activity due to COVID-19 related health directives and didn’t reduce their employees’ salaries or wages by more than 25%.
Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) Program: The SBA is unable to accept new applications at this time for the EIDL-COVID-19 related assistance program (including EIDL Advances) based on available appropriations funding.
Please refer to the Government Resources sidebar for information from the SBA on these programs and other assistance available.
