Steve is the Chief Investment Officer for Private Wealth Advisors. He is responsible for the strategy, construction and performance of client portfolios and trusts. With over 30 years of portfolio management experience, Steve joined Texas Capital Bank from Communities Foundation of Texas where he managed investments and helped to raise the Foundation’s performance to among the highest in their peer groups of universities and foundations. Steve earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a minor in Math from the University of Texas at Austin, a Masters in Business from Texas State and a Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s School of Law. He is an attorney, CFA® and CMT® charter holder.
As a banking specialist, Danny provides comprehensive custom credit and deposit solutions to high net worth individuals and affluent families, including concierge private banking, construction and real-estate secured loans and securities-based lines of credit. He enjoys working with business owners and individuals as they consider various borrowing strategies to achieve their goals and objectives.

Ben directs the work of our planning and trust staff and consults with high-net-worth clients about estate planning, business succession and philanthropic strategies designed to achieve each client’s particular goals and objectives. Ben is a fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, board certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and the former chair of the Estate and Gift Taxes Committee for the American Bar Association’s Section of Taxation.
Eric Hyden joined Texas Capital Bank in 2021 as a Senior Vice President and Private Client Advisor in the Private Wealth Advisors group. Eric’s role on the team is to seamlessly manage the overall relationship, coordinate with the family’s attorneys and tax counsel, as well as to provide expertise on wealth advisory, investment management, credit and fiduciary services. Prior to joining Texas Capital Bank, Eric spent three years as a Private Banker at BBVA/PNC. Eric is active in the Fort Worth community and current serves as a board director for the Sportsmen’s Club of Fort Worth and Carter Bloodcare Foundation. Eric received his bachelor’s degree in General Business at Southern Methodist University – The Cox School of Business in 1984 and earned his MBA at Texas Christian University – Neeley School of Business in 1987. He is a CFP®, Certified Financial Planner.
Wesley believes in a disciplined investment process, one that balances fundamental analysis with overall risk tolerance to help his clients reach their financial goals. Along with the team, he works to identify high quality investments, utilizing his years of experience evaluating opportunities across a range of industries in both the domestic and international arenas. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
Colin Boddicker is a Private Client Advisor with more than 18 years of experience delivering comprehensive wealth advisory and investment management solutions to high net worth and affluent clients. He holds the Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®) designation from the Investment & Wealth Institute™. This is an advanced education and certification program created specifically for wealth managers who work with affluent clients on the life cycle of wealth: accumulation, preservation, and distribution. In his spare time, you might find Colin on TV or radio as a color commentator for TCU basketball games.
