What you'll need to apply.

The following information is required for all businesses. Additional information may be required. 

  • Business name
  • Type of business
  • Tax ID
  • State of formation
  • Nature of business
  • Date business established
  • Date business began operations
  • Number of employees
  • Time as owner (Years)
  • Business phone number
  • Business email address
  • Business physical address (no PO Boxes)  
  • Contact information for primary business contact (legal name, phone number, email)
  • Most recent year end financials (total cash and cash equivalents, total sales, total assets, total liabilities, annual net operating income, depreciation expenses, amortization expenses, annual interest expenses) and current Demand Deposit Account (DDA) balances for all business accounts
     

We also require the following information about each business owner, guarantor and controlling manager: 

  • Name, date of birth, social security number (for U.S. citizens), physical and mailing address, contact information (phone number, email)
  • Certification that the information provided on the beneficial owner and/or the controlling manager is accurate
  • Personal income
  • Residence status (rent or own) and monthly housing payment  
     

It will be helpful to have copies of your most recent business and personal tax returns and/or financial statements available. Where applicable, we may also require specific information about the equipment, vehicle or real estate you intend to finance. Please note that a Texas Capital Bank Small Business checking account in good standing is required as a condition of closing and funding the loan. You do not need a business checking account to apply, but if your financing is approved we can help you open one during the closing process. 

All credit applications are subject to Texas Capital credit approval, background check and policy guidelines. These loans are not backed by the Small Business Administration. Small Business checking account must be absent of any fraudulent activity or excessive overdrafts.
