Reports

    Information Reporting

    Information Reporting provides standard transaction and system reports. Previously scheduled and executed reports will also be available under this menu option.

    The reports are not customizable; however company administrators can do the following:

    • Rename the standard report
    • Select the report criteria (accounts, date range, etc.)
    • Schedule the reports to run on an automated basis
    • Pull the reports on-demand via a “Run Now” feature
    • Delete reports that have been previously run

    Standard reports include the following:

    Company User Activity Report – This report displays all activity taken by the company in Treasury, such as logins and password changes. The report can be filtered to exclude the financial transactions included in the transaction reports. Note: This report supports date ranges of previous day and current day up to the time the report is generated. PDF output is the only download option available.

    Transaction Report - This report supports date ranges of the previous day, current day and future-dated transactions. PDF output is the only download option available.

    Outgoing Wires Report – This report displays financial transactions entered by company users in Treasury. No data from the core processor displays in these reports. This report supports date ranges of the previous day, current day and future-dated transactions. PDF output is the only download option available.

    Company Entitlements Report – This report displays the entitlement structure of the company in Treasury, including user roles. This report is a snapshot of the entitlements at the time the report is generated. PDF output is the only download option available.

    ACH Activity Report - This report displays financial transactions entered by company users in Treasury. No data from the core processor displays in these reports. This report supports date ranges of the previous day, current day and future-dated transactions. PDF output is the only download option available.

    Check Paid report - Previous Day(s) – The Paid Checks report filter screen allows the user to create a report of paid checks using dynamic selection criteria. Select items by Issued Date, Paid Date, Input Date or Issued Payee.

    Cash Position Report – This report displays real-time account balance information similar to the home page in Treasury. This report is a snapshot of the balances at the time the report is generated. PDF output is the only download option available.

    Balance and Account Activity - Previous Day(s) – This report displays historical debit and credit transaction data from the core processor, similar to the Detail view on the home page in Treasury. This report supports date ranges of historical data only. It’s available in PDF, CSV, and BAI2 download formats.

     
     
     
     

    ACH Returns And NOCs

    ACH Returns and NOCs is a type of ACH report that is accessed from the BankNow Special Services – Positive Pay System. This report can be set up only by a financial institution that has licensed the Exact/ARS ACH reporting and process system. Reports can be exported only in Microsoft Excel format.

     
     
     
     

    Enhanced Reporting

    Enhanced reporting redirects users to the BankNow Special Services archiving.

     
     
     
     

    EDI

    EDI is type of ACH report that allows access to our Bank Now Special Services - Positive Pay System for viewing EDI Payments.

    To receive this report type, the account number needs to be set up with the file type you want for downloading the report. Supported file types include: CSV, NACHA, PDF, EDI, XLS, XLSX AND XML.

    Navigating to EDI Report:

    1. Navigate to Transaction reports and click or tap on ACH Reporting File.
    2. Select a range of dates in the Processed Date field and click or tap Refresh.
    3. The generated EDI report is displayed

    Outstanding Stop Payments

    To get an outstanding stop payment reports, a user must submit a Stop Payment request for one or more checks within one or multiple accounts.

    1. In the left navigation menu, click or tap Reports then select Outstanding Stop Payment.
    2. The Outstanding Stop Payments page appears. Select the account(s) you want to show outstanding stop payments and clickContinue. If you wish to select all accounts, click Select All and then click Continue.
    3. All outstanding stop payments are displayed. Click the Download CSV link to download the list in csv format. Click Select Account to go back to the previous account selection page.
     
     
     

    Wire Activity

    The Wire Activity screen will provide users with the ability to view information for all outgoing and incoming wires along with natural language search as well as filter options. The wire detail view will show all of the details related to a specific Wire Transaction which includes PAYplus provided fed reference number.

     
     
     
     

    Generate A Report

    How to Generate a Report:

    1. In the left navigation menu, click or tap Reports. (Select a report from the drop down list.)
    2. For standard transactions and systems reports, click or tap Information Reporting.
    3. The desired report page appears.
    4. In the Create New Reports column, click or tap the desired report. The desired report page appears.
    5. (Optional) Modify the report name.
    6. Click or tap File Format and selected desired file format.
    7. Click or tap Accounts. You can click or tap multiple accounts
    8. (Optional) Click or tap the desired date range. You can select specific dates or one of the following ranges:
      1. Last Business Day
      2. Last Week
      3. Last Month
      4. Last 30 Days
      5. Last 60 Days
      6. Last 90 Days
    9. Click or tap Transaction Type. Select a transaction type or click Select All to select all transaction types or Clear All to clear your selection(s).
    10. Click or tap Schedule to edit the schedule:
      1. None: Report is not on a schedule.
      2. Daily: Report is on a daily schedule.
      3. Weekly: Report is on a weekly schedule.
      4. Monthly: Report is on a monthly schedule.
    11. Click or tap one of the following:
      1. Run Now, to run immediately. A Run Report page appears confirming the report is now available.
      2. Save to save the report. The Report Scheduled page appears confirming that the report was scheduled.
      3. Cancel to cancel the report request.
    12. Click or tap OK on the confirmation page. The Reports page appears with the newly scheduled report.
    13. When the report appears, click or tap the File Format icon to see the report. The report appears. For large reports, an "In Progress" message will appear while the report is being generated.

    Tip: The report will automatically run at the end of the business day for a Daily report and at the end of the week or month for Weekly and Monthly reports, respectively.

    For the best video quality, click on the HD button next to the volume control. Select the 720p video or the highest quality video available.

    Edit A Report

    >Edit a report to change its name, schedule, accounts, and file format. Changes take effect the next time the report is scheduled to run.

    To Edit a Report

    1. In the left navigation, click or tap Reporting then select your report from the drop down list. Once you select your report the Reports page appears.
    2. For standard transactions and systems reports, click or tap Information Reporting
    3. Click or tap the edit icon () located on the right side of the desired Report. The report details appear.
    4. Make edits to any of the fields shown:
      1. Report Name
      2. File Format
      3. (Optional Accounts
      4. Date Range
      5. Transaction Type
      6. Schedule
    5. Click or tap one of the following:
      1. Run Now to immediately run the report. A Report Run page appears confirming the report is now available
      2. Save to save the report. The Report Scheduled page appears confirming that the report was scheduled.
      3. Cancel to cancel the report request.
    6. Click or tap OK on the confirmation page. The Reports page appears with the newly scheduled report.
    7. When the report appears, click or tap the File Format icon to see the report. For large reports, an "In Progress" message will appear while the report is being generated.
     
     
     
     
     

    Delete a Report

    Deleting a report removes a report from the Reports page. Deletion is permanent, so use caution before deleting a report.

    To delete a Report:

    1. In the left navigation menu, click or tap Reports then select your report from the drop down list. Once you select your report the Reports page appears.
    2. Click or tap the View icon () of the desired report. The report details appear.
    3. Click or tap Delete. The Delete Plan confirmation page appears.
    4. Click or tap Delete to confirm deletion. The Reports page appears.
