Account Dashboard
The Account Dashboard includes the following information:
- Left navigation menu
- Accounts
- Sidebar
- User's full name
- Last login date and time
On the Account Dashboard page, the Accounts area lists every account you can view. For each account, you can see the account name, the last four digits of the account number and the balance. If you have configured nicknames for each account, the nicknames will appear as well. Clicking on any Account will take you to the account details page for that account.
Navigating The Sidebar
The sidebar menu allows you to quickly navigate through the site and access commonly used services, such as Message Us, Disclosure, Contact Us, and Treasury Agreement.
Note: All these options may not be applicable to every client.
The sidebar will also show any pending approvals. These are transactions that were created in draft status and are pending approval.
To View the Sidebar in the Mobile Banking App
Tap Sidebar on any page, or swipe from the right edge of the screen to view the sidebar.
Personalizing Your Dashboard
How to Create a New Group
- From the Account Dashboard page, click on the Account you would like to move to a newly created group, then drag it down to the bottom right hand side of the screen until a Mailbox with a plus (+) sign appears.
- Drop the account into the Mailbox to create a new group. This will automatically create a new group.
- A box will appear to enter the new name for the group.
- Click the Check Mark to accept the new name.
How to Edit a Group Name
- Click the edit icon () located next to the Group Name. A box will appear to edit the current name listed for the Group.
- Type the new name for the Group.
- Click the Check Mark to accept the new name or the X to cancel the request.
Note: You can also rename Accounts under Account Preferences in the Settings menu by clicking the pencil icon, making the edits, then clicking the check mark to save your changes.
To Move an Account into an Existing Group
- From the Account Dashboard page, click on the Account you would like to move to an existing group.
- Drag the account down to that group area and release. The account will be added to that group.
Note: You also have the ability to rearrange the order of the accounts within a group by dragging and releasing in the preferred location.

Approving Transactions
Approvals
A drafted payment must be approved before it is processed. When a user drafts a payment, it appears in the sidebar under "Approvals Required". You can also access transactions pending approval by clicking on the Activity Center.
To Approve Payments
- In the left navigation menu, click or tap Activity Center or click or tap the View in Activity Center located on the sidebar. The Activity Center page appears. By default you will see basic mode, make sure that advanced mode is enabled by clicking on the show advanced button.
Note: If you have not set up Favorites, use the filters icon to set up your favorites for quick reference and easy access to approve multiple transactions.
- From the Activity Center page, browse or search for the payments you want to approve.
- Do one of the following:
- To approve a single payment, click or tap the Actions drop-down list in the row of the payment they want to approve. Then, click or tap Approve.
- To approve multiple payments, select the checkbox for each payment, then, click or tap the Actions column on the header bar, then select Approve Selected.
- When prompted, click or tap Confirm to verify the approval. A message confirms the approval.
- Click or tap Close. The status of the items will change to Authorized on the Activity Center page.
Viewing Account Details
To view account details, click on the desired account from the Account Dashboard.
On the account details page, you can view the following information for each transaction in an account.
- Date
- Description
- Amount (includes a running balance)
The account details page is a record of processed and cleared transactions.
You can drill down into an account to see the account details and up to 100 of the most recent transactions.
Note: If you do not see a memo post transaction you expect to see, log out and log back in.
To View Account History/Detail
- On the Account Dashboard page, click or tap an account to view the account details.
- Then click on the Details icon to view additional account information.
To View Additional Transactions
- On the account details page, click or tap the next icon () to view the next set of transactions.
OR - Click or tap the previous icon () to view the previous set of transactions.
Note: Only 100 transactions will be listed per page. To view more use the next icon.
To return to the Account Dashboard click or tap the back icon () at the top of the page.
Filtering Transactions
On the account details page, you can filter the transactions that appear based on the following transaction information.
- Time period
- Transaction type
- Minimum to maximum amount
- Check number, if applicable
To filter transactions
- On the account details page, click or tap Filters icon.
- Select one or more of the following:
- Select a date range from the Time Period drop-down list. If you select a custom date, specify dates in the Start Date and End Date calendars.
- Select the type of transaction from the Transaction Type drop-down list.
- Enter the minimum and maximum amounts for the transaction in the Min Amount and Max Amount fields.
- Specify a check number range in the Check# field.
- Click or tap Apply Filters.
Tip: To reset filters and show all transactions, click or tap Reset.

To hide filters
- Click or tap Filters.
Searching Transactions
Use the account details page to search the descriptions of the transactions in an account.
To Search Transactions
- On the account details page, click or tap the Search transactions field and enter the search text. The search results appear.
Sorting Transactions
On the account details page, the column headings indicate the sort order of the transactions. The column used to sort includes a triangle icon. The direction of the triangle icon indicates ascending or descending sort order.
Tip: Pending transactions are always grouped together at the top of the sort order.
To sort transactions:
- On the account details page, click or tap one of the following column headings to change the sort order.
- Date
- Description
- Amount
- Then, click or tap the same column heading again to change the sort order between ascending and descending.
Exporting Transactions
Transaction records can be exported from the Account Details page to a variety of file formats.
To Export Transactions from the Account Details Page
- On the Account Details page, click the Export icon. ()
- In the Export drop-down list, click one of the following export formats:
- Spreadsheet (xls)
- Spreadsheet (csv)
- Microsoft OFX (ofx)
- Quicken (qfx)
- QuickBooks (qbo)
- Depending on your browser settings, one of the following happens:
- If your browser automatically saves files to a folder, the file is saved in that folder. Open the folder to view the exported file.
- If your browser is configured to prompt you for the download location, you can specify which folder you want the exported file to be saved in.
Note: In the exported file, the transactions always appear in the current sort order on the account details page.
Viewing Transaction Details
You can view the details of any transaction on the account details page.
To View Transaction Details
- On the Account Details page, click or tap the transaction. Then click or tap the transaction again to hide the details.
Viewing and Printing Images Associated With A Transaction
You can view and print any images that are associated with a transaction from the account details page. On the account details page, any transactions that include images are marked with a check icon.
To View and Print the Images Associated with a Transaction
- On the Account Dashboard page, click or tap the name of the account that includes the transaction. The account details page appears.
- Then, click or tap the transaction to view the details. If applicable, the image appears below the transaction. If the transaction includes multiple images, you would click or tap Previous and Next to view additional images.
- (Optional) To print the images:
- On the Transaction Details page, click or tap the print icon (). The Print page appears.
- On the Print page, click or tap Print to print the image.

Sending A Secure Message About A Transaction
While viewing the details of a transaction, you can send a secure message about the transaction.
To Send a Secure Message about a Transaction
- In the transaction details, click or tap the Message icon (). A message window appears.
- The message automatically includes information about the transaction.
- Click or tap in the Message field and enter your message.
- (Optional) Click the attach file icon. In the open dialog box, select a file to attack to the message, and click Open. Maximum file size is 4 MB. (Files cannot be attached from the mobile app).
- Then, click or tap Send. The message page appears with the new message.
For the best video quality, click on the HD button next to the volume control. Select the 720p video or the highest quality video available.
Sending A Secure Message About An Account
While viewing the account details of an account, you can send a secure message about the account.
To Send a Secure Message about an Account
- After clicking the desired account from the Account Dashboard, click or tap the Message icon. A message window appears. () icon. A message window appears.
- The message automatically includes information about the account.
- Click or tap in the Message field and enter your message.
- (Optional) Click the attach file icon. In the open dialog box, select a file to attach to the message, and click Open. Maximum file size is 4 MB. (Files cannot be attached from the mobile app).
- Then, click or tap Send. The Message page appears with the new message.
