Security Overview

All BankNow users with money movement functionality require multiple levels of security to access BankNow: UserID, Password, PIN and a Secure Token Code. Secure Token Codes can be provided via the mobile application, available for iOS and AndroidTM devices, or a hardware key-fob token.

Reporting ID's are available which utilize a one-time SMS text device registration process.

A client nominated system administrator is responsible for providing access to other client users. Manage user role restrictions and view accounts accessed, product functionality & monetary limits per payment type to ensure user access remains applicable to their role.

BankNow® Home

The Home Page includes the following layout items: Left Navigation Menu, Account Summary, Login name.

    Left Navigation Menu

    The left navigation menu is available to the left of the Account Summary. When using the Mobile Banking App, click or tap Menu on any page or swipe from the left edge of the screen to view the menu.

    Account Summary

    The Account Summary page gives you a summary of all of your accounts, including account types, total number of accounts and today’s starting balance.

    Click on the Account Type hyperlink to view the Account Dashboard.
