Reverse Positive Pay

Reverse Positive Pay is one of many fraud prevention tools that Texas Capital offers. This service allows you to monitor and review checks written off your accounts. All checks will present within the Account Reconciliation tab as an exception. All items will be available for you to review and decision.

Customers will have the option to choose the following return reason codes:

  • Stale Dated
  • Duplicate
  • Fraudulent
  • Refer to Maker (Note: this is the default reason used when items are returned )
