Texas Capital Bank To Relocate Fort Worth Office

Texas Capital Bank announced today that it has signed a 10-year lease agreement in One City Place, a Spire Realty Group, L.P. property located at 300 Throckmorton, and will be relocating its Fort Worth office this summer.

Texas Capital Bank will be the first tenant in the new building, occupying more than 20,000 square feet of space, including a banking center on the first level and commercial offices on level two. The new space will accommodate the existing team of 30 professionals as well as provide room for planned growth.

Terry Quinn, Eddie Tillman and Parker Handlin of Avison Young represented Texas Capital Bank in the agreement while the landlord was represented by Matt Carthey and Geoff Shelton of Holt Lunsford Commercial.
