International Transaction Alert - Visa® CheckCard and ATM Card Use:

The safety and security of our customers' accounts is vitally important to us; therefore, we are changing our international usage rules. Beginning March 1, 2012, due to the increase in ATM and Debit Card fraud overseas, Texas Capital Bank will not authorize any transaction originated internationally unless our customer has contacted us to request us to do so. If you plan to travel outside the United States, or initiate a transaction with a vendor outside the United States, please contact Client Support (1.877.839.2737) to temporarily authorize your Visa®CheckCard (debit card) and ATM Card and ensure there are no interruptions to your banking service.

It looks like a credit card, but acts like a check. You can use your Texas Capital Bank Visa® CheckCard to make purchases anywhere Visa® debit cards are accepted. The purchase amount is automatically deducted from your Texas Capital Bank checking account and you can view your transaction online.

The Texas Capital Bank Visa® CheckCard also allows you to access ATMs worldwide. Unlike many banks, we do not charge for ATM usage. However, some ATM owners apply a fee for use of their ATMs. Texas Capital Bank may refund your ATM transaction fees, please contact your local branch for more information.
