Financial Analyst - Financial Planning, 2000 McKinney Ave. Dallas, TX
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; MIS a plus
- Previous bank experience in accounting, administration or operations and familiarity with bank internal systems: general ledger, loan, and deposit systems
- Must be able to work and communicate effectively with many people within the bank to satisfy adhoc information and requests and resolve issues relating to management reporting and budget/planning issues
- Well-organized with the ability to work on multiple financial analysis/reporting projects that may involve many different areas of the bank
- Detailed oriented with the ability to work with large volumes of data to produce management level reports
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and previous experience with accounting software programs
- Must be able to enter data into various systems with a high level of accuracy
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and creation of reports for monthly internal financial reporting
- Work with internal bank sources to resolve outstanding issues
- Assist in the development of the bank’s annual budget
- Miscellaneous special projects
