Treasury Signature Services Client Associate, 2350 Lakeside Blvd. Richardson, TX
Requirements:
- Serves as a team member in the Signature Services group
- Works closely with Client Manager(s) and other team members to ensure client issues are addressed in a timely manner with satisfactory outcomes
- Assists with Signature Services’ project planning, process definition, enhancement requirements and application testing, implementation and support
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with Treasury Sales, Core Operations, Application Development, vendors and other interested parties
- Assists with production issue research, resolution and reporting; maintains issue logs and performs ongoing monitoring
- Responsible for performing daily client support functions
- Responsible for hands-on resolution of client issues and daily client needs
- Responsible for quickly and accurately identifying and escalating issues before they become critical to the client
- Coordinates with internal and external partners to plan and perform system release testing and support
Responsibilities:
- Dependable, consistent professional with strong success record of working with clients on a daily basis
- Experience of delivering results through a matrix organization and influencing without direct authority
- Excellent relationship management skills - experience of managing relationships across a variety of internal cross functional departments and externally with vendors and clients
- Ability to facilitate with Subject Matter Experts and document detailed process flows
- Outstanding time management skills
- Proven experience working in a team environment.
- Proven history as a self starter who can add value by driving process related decisions while working independently with a minimum amount of supervision
- Ability to obtain, analyze and synthesize information as well as multi-task under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Must be detail-oriented and comfortable working independently
- Strong experience with MS Word and MS Excel required
- Specific industry experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor/Associates Degree or equivalent experience required
