Information Security Risk Analyst, 2350 Lakeside Blvd. Richardson, Texas

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years bank operations experience with strong knowledge of operation procedures, risk management, and compliance 
• Extensive knowledge of deposit operations, Wire/ACH operations, treasury management, and loan operations 
• Experience following an operational risk management program 
• Sound understanding of banking regulations and processes 
• Possess superior analytical and problem solving skills 
• Excellent Interpersonal skills and a team player 
• Demonstrated ability in communicating effectively, both verbally and written 
• Work independently with a minimum amount of supervision 
• Well organized and detail oriented to handle heavy workload 
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and execute multiple tasks successfully

Responsibilities:

• Position is primarily responsible for analyzing IT risk 
• Correlate departmental internal audit findings, Sarbanes Oxley documentation, and compliance data to identify IT risk events and mitigating controls. 
• Work with business unit managers to determine development of appropriate IT risk events and controls 
• Report on effectiveness of IT risk initiatives and assess current risk to determine the need for enhancement 
• Assist with training efforts on procedural changes and enhancements 
• Track departmental data and prepare management-level reports
