Warehouse Lending Accounting Specialist, 2350 Lakeside Blvd. Richardson, TX
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance preferred
• Minimum 5 years experience in the financial services and/or mortgage industry
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to communicate with clients through email, and written correspondence
• Well organized and detail-oriented to handle heavy workload
• Ability to work independently, while handling multiple tasks and interruptions
• Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Word and Excel
• Mortgage warehouse lending experience or knowledge of mortgage industry is preferred
Responsibilities:
• Ensure established processes and procedures are followed
• Interact with clients regarding payoffs on their lines of credit
• Monitor payoff queue and post payoffs
• Perform Participation Settlement
• Ensure all transactions posted on WarehouseNow are properly documented
