VP, Facilities Manager, 2000 McKinney Ave. Dallas, TX
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of facilities principles and practices, leasing and construction management
• Effective communication (both verbal and written), negotiating, and presentation skills
• Ability to determine and set priorities
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills to make appropriate decisions when solving critical problems and accomplishing objectives
• Excellent PC software skills for analysis, audit, reports and presentations
• Ability to be influential and establish positive working relationships across the organization
Responsibilities:
• Ensures proper maintenance of all bank locations, working with TCB executives and employees, property owners, management offices and vendors
• Directly supervises exempt professionals and non-exempt staff
• Manages the purchase of company supplies and furniture, meeting with vendors and major suppliers to evaluate products and services. Negotiates agreements beneficial to the organization
• Maintains liaison with Federal, State and local agencies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Establishes contacts with, and directs efforts of, architects, engineers, contractors and consultants engaged in the Bank’s facilities projects
• Exhibits and promotes high standards of customer service and team work
• Creates and maintains reports relating to budgets, space utilization, vendor activities and moves
• Maintains floor plans and records of space utilization, develops weighted averages for space for cost assignment
