Client Operations Representative, 2350 Lakeside Blvd. Richardson, TX
Requirements:
• Must have a minimum of 2 years banking experience
• General knowledge of banking rules and regulations and banking policies and procedures
• Excellent organizational, decision making and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Working knowledge of database and queries
• Respond quickly to customer demands, perform multiple task simultaneously
• Detail orientated, team player, and exceptional customer service skills
• Excel in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
• Represents Client Operations in a positive, effective and professional manner
• Internal customer contact
• Respond to internal customer maintenance requests in the core processing system. Requests may include address changes, stop payments, refund requests, holds, interest adjustments, product changes, rate changes, etc.
• Processing of large maintenance jobs using Foxtrot
• Monthly invoice allocations
• Monthly validation of customer information to ensure accurate information reporting
• Provide prompt and courteous service
• May perform other duties as assigned
