Client Management Specialist , 2350 Lakeside Blvd. Richardson, TX


Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years in client services/account management in the financial services and/or mortgage industry
• Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to communicate with C-level executive clients via phone, email, and written correspondence; ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff
• Well organized and detail-oriented to handle heavy workload
• Ability to work independently, while handling multiple tasks and interruptions
• Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Word and Excel
• Mortgage warehouse lending experience or knowledge of mortgage industry is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and track documentation: application, business plan, corporate documents, state licenses, company financials, and investor approvals
• Interact with client and Regional Sales Director to complete application file
• Submit file to credit
• Issue Warehouse Line of Credit Agreements upon credit approval
• Ensure all on-boarding steps are completed – act as information hub with IT, Treasury, Risk and other departments
• Monitor completion of all credit conditions
• Manage pipeline of existing client renewals, ensuring completion of renewal prior to expiration
• Obtain required sign-offs on all line increases and extensions
• Support field-based Regional Sales Directors as needed
