Loan Closing Coordinator, 4424 W Sam Houston Pkwy North Houston, TX
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years loan operations experience with at least one year dealing with commercial loan documents
• Thorough knowledge of Builder Finance collateral and accounting procedures
• AFS Level III preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent customer service skills, with self-initiative
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and execute multiple tasks successfully
• Daily contact with bank management, employees, attorneys, title companies and various vendors
• Detail orientated and ability to multi-task
Responsibilities:
• Reconcile inventory and borrowing base reports
• Internal and external customer service
• Quote release price and prepare releases
• Assemble and post funding packages
• Procedural enhancement
• Assist with other projects assigned as necessary
