Application Implementation Analyst II, 2350 Lakeside Blvd. Richardson, TX
Requirements:
• 2 - 5 years of software implementation experience
• Must have excellent Customer Service, telephone, listening and communication skills
• Demonstrated experience in applying knowledge/skills in a Customer Support environment
• Strong analytical aptitude and problem solving skills in a technical environment
• Multi-task across several ongoing tasks of varying priorities as required
• Ability to make good judgments, negotiate, problem solve and decision making skills
• Ability to understand and clearly communicate technical information to non-IT personnel
• Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding the clients computing environment
• Must demonstrate strong sense of urgency regarding solving end-user issues
• Be able to solve problems regarding system errors or usage issues
• Must be able to minimize downtime by rapidly diagnosing and resolving problems
• Be able to track and document information regarding troubleshooting techniques
• Maintain a high level of teamwork and communication
• 2 or 4 year college degree required
• Ability and willingness to work overtime, participate in 24 hr on-call rotation
• Flexibility in schedule
Responsibilities:
• Assist the user community with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of software within established standards and guidelines
• Coordinate with 3rd Party Vendors, Application Development, Data Management, Service Desk, Server Operations, Server Infrastructure and Network Operations staff as appropriate to determine and resolve problems
• Assess the functional needs for internal business units to determine specifications for new or replacement software purchases
• Create and maintain documentation for internal knowledge base of issues and resolutions
• Conduct training and provide documentation to IT Staff for new software applications
• Perform a variety of complicated tasks related to new software implementation
• Provide consultation on complex projects with IT staff and business units
