Builder Finance Supervisor, 2350 Lakeside Blvd. Richardson, TX


Requirements:

• Minimum of ten years banking experience, which includes at least five years commercial loan operations experience with complex loan documentation, booking and servicing.
• Previous supervisory experience is required, with the experience including the development, implementation and monitoring of policies and procedures.
• Thorough understanding of residential builder portfolios, the AFS loan system and TCL application is strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in a customer focused environment, requiring sound business judgment for issue resolution and compromise.
• High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred but commensurate work experience will be considered


Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily activities of the Builder Finance support team to ensure the timely and accurate processing of work, including funding and booking of loans, comprehensive documentation audits and resolution of associated issues, in order to meet acceptable Service Level Agreement standards and regulatory, compliance, and internal reporting requirements
• Monitor department work and quality to ensure acceptable standards are consistently met and operational risk controls are in place and working, recommending changes as needed
• Monitor daily research and maintenance requests from internal and external customers to ensure integrity of accurate and timely system input
• Develop internal policies and procedures, which includes the routine review of existing procedures for updates as required and monitor department work to ensure policies and procedures are being followed
• Performs all personnel related functions, including applicant interviews, employee orientations, performance counseling, performance/merit reviews and terminations as required
• Participate in routine meetings with business unit to ensure cohesive relationship and monitor ongoing pipeline of activity
