Corporate/Healthcare Bkng Relationship Associate, 2000 McKinney Ave. Dallas, TX
Requirements:
• Must have at least 5 years of experience working with corporate lenders
• Healthcare and Commercial Real Estate experience preferred
• Syndicated loan experience preferred
• Prior experience with AFS, Fields Tickler, CBS or other loan and deposit systems
• Knowledge of IntraLinks and loan closing process
• General understanding of legal documents as they relate to loan documents
• Superior client service skills/attitude
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, interruptions and fast-paced environment to ensure that deadlines are met
• Proficient knowledge of PC/Internet including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Responsibilities:
• Provide corporate banking clients with outstanding service including opening accounts, transferring funds, processing wires, and answering questions with regards to loans and deposit accounts
• Assist Relationship Managers with loan closings and the subsequent monitoring, which includes managing exceptions and past dues
• Support Relationship Managers by answering calls, maintaining daily calendars, scheduling appointments, preparing travel arrangements, copying, filing, and updating reports
• Assist with special projects as necessary
