VP & Regional Sales Manager, Leasing Division, 2000 McKinney Ave. Dallas, TX
Requirements:
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field/equivalent experience
• 7+ years experience in the capital goods leasing industry
• Minimum of 5 years sales experience
• Proficient with money over money and tax oriented lease structures
• Strong attention to detail and superior customer service skills/attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Superior analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, interruptions and fast paced environment in the daily context of effectively dealing with time deadlines for client and bank internal needs
Responsibilities:
• Identify, call and secure new lease business
• Maximize lease business from existing clients
• Prepare and submit credits for review and approval, including lease structuring and recommended residual values
• Prepare, review and sign up lessees on TCB Documents
• Assist contract processing with booking and funding of NBV
• Perform routine follow ups and collections
• Cross sell other bank products and services to lease customers
