PMO Manager, 2350 Lakeside Blvd. Richardson, TX
Requirements:
• 10+ years of hands-on business analysis and complex project management experience in a leadership capacity
• Ability to be influential and establish positive working relationships across the organization
• Proven history as a self starter who can add value by driving process related decisions while working independently with a minimum amount of supervision
• Strong oral presentation and written communication skills
• Ability to obtain, analyze and synthesize information as well as multi-task under pressure
• Results oriented
• Outstanding organizational and effective time management skills
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to document detailed process flows
• Strong proficiency in the use of MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Project and MS Visio for reports, analysis, and presentations
• Consulting background strongly preferred
• Banking/Financial Services experience preferred
• PMP certification is a plus
• Bachelor Degree required
Responsibilities:
• Project management duties for tracking, scheduling and status reporting of cross-organization projects
• Apply consultative approach to assist with functional planning and design, and operational procedural planning and design when implementing new processes, systems and/or product enhancements
• Facilitate cross team collaboration to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently
• Develop and ensure adherence to published project management methodology, resulting in consistent development and implementation of project components
• Partner with Senior Leadership, Business Sponsors and Project Managers to develop overall program plan dependencies
• Responsible for setting strategic direction of concurrent projects and developing detailed project plans
• Responsible for extraction and documentation of knowledge from subject matter experts via facilitated sessions
• Responsible for maintaining detailed project-level issues lists, escalating to management as necessary
• Act as liaison, problem solver, and facilitator with Subject Matter Experts
• Prepare status reports and other presentations for senior management
