Quality Assurance Analyst II, 2350 Lakeside Blvd. Richardson, TX


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of quality assurance experience 
  • Detailed-oriented with a proven history as a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision 
  • Strong oral presentation and written communication skills 
  • Ability to be influential and establish positive working relationships across the organization 
  • Results oriented 
  • Ability to document detailed process flows 
  • Outstanding organizational and effective time management skills 
  • Ability to multi-task on multiple Project Teams and up to 3 projects simultaneously 
  • Ability to obtain, analyze and synthesize information from multiple sources 
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills 
  • Experience participating in large, complex projects 
  • Prior involvement with a structured SDLC methodology, including waterfall, iterative, and agile is preferred. 
  • Treasury product knowledge preferred. 
  • Strong proficiency in the use of MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Project and MS Visio for reports, analysis, and presentations 
  • Banking/Financial Services experience preferred 
  • Bachelor Degree required 
  • Ability and willingness to work overtime 
  • Flexibility in schedule

Responsibilities:

  • Review new or modified application, including documentation, diagrams and flow charts, to determine if application will perform according to business requirements 
  • Evaluate and test new or modified software programs to verify that the programs function according to business requirements 
  • Review business, functional and technical requirements to form test plans and cases 
  • Create data mapping documentation, process flows and detailed test cases and scripts for assigned projects 
  • Writes, revises and verifies quality standards and test procedures 
  • Cross team collaboration to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently 
  • Ensure adherence to published project management methodology, resulting in consistent development and implementation of project components 
  • Find issues within applications and enter them into an issue tracking system 
  • Use technical, scripting and/or programming skills to create automated tests
