Sr. Business Analyst/Project Manager, 2350 Lakeside Blvd. Richardson, TX
Requirements:
- 7+ years of business analysis and program/project management experience
- Detailed-oriented with a proven history as a self starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong oral presentation and written communication skills
- Ability to be influential and establish positive working relationships across the organization
- Results oriented
- Ability to document detailed process flows
- Outstanding organizational and effective time management skills
- Ability to multi-task on multiple Project Teams and up to 5 projects simultaneously
- Ability to obtain, analyze and synthesize information from multiple sources
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience participating in large, complex projects
- Strong proficiency in the use of MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Project and MS Visio for reports, analysis, and presentations
- Consulting background strongly preferred
- Banking/Financial Services experience preferred
- PMP certification is a plus
- Bachelor Degree required
Responsibilities:
- Project management duties for tracking, scheduling and status reporting of assigned projects
- Apply consultative approach to assist with functional planning and design, and operational procedural planning and design when implementing new systems and/or product enhancements
- Document detailed technical and functional business rules and requirements for assigned business areas
- Cross team collaboration to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently
- Create data mapping documentation, process flows and detailed test cases and scripts for assigned projects
- Ensure adherence to published project management methodology, resulting in consistent development and implementation of project components
