Sr. Business Analyst/Project Manager, 2350 Lakeside Blvd. Richardson, TX

Requirements:

• 7+ years of business analysis and program/project management experience
• Detailed-oriented with a proven history as a self starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong oral presentation and written communication skills
• Ability to be influential and establish positive working relationships across the organization
• Results oriented
• Ability to document detailed process flows
• Outstanding organizational and effective time management skills
• Ability to multi-task on multiple Project Teams and up to 5 projects simultaneously
• Ability to obtain, analyze and synthesize information from multiple sources
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Experience participating in large, complex projects
• Strong proficiency in the use of MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Project and MS Visio for reports, analysis, and presentations
• Consulting background strongly preferred
• Banking/Financial Services experience preferred
• PMP certification is a plus
• Bachelor Degree required

Responsibilities:

• Project management duties for tracking, scheduling and status reporting of assigned projects 
• Apply consultative approach to assist with functional planning and design, and operational procedural planning and design when implementing new systems and/or product enhancements 
• Document detailed technical and functional business rules and requirements for assigned business areas 
• Cross team collaboration to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently 
• Create data mapping documentation, process flows and detailed test cases and scripts for assigned projects 
• Ensure adherence to published project management methodology, resulting in consistent development and implementation of project components
