Warehouse Lending Relationship Specialist, 2350 Lakeside Blvd. Richardson, TX
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years related work experience in banking or mortgage
- 2 -3 years funding, processing or shipping experience
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Comfort with data-entry and general clerical duties
- Detail oriented, organized, flexible and possess good communication skills
- Superior customer service skills/attitude and strong organizational skills
- Superior analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, interruptions and fast paced environment in the daily context of effectively dealing with time deadlines for client and bank internal needs
- Proficient knowledge of PC/Internet (including Microsoft Word & Excel)
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily funding review and approval, collateral review and payment processing for assigned Warehouse Lending clients
- Provide customer support and serve as point of contact from assigned clients
- Review and authorize daily funding request
- Review, request and deposit collateral
- Process incoming payments to payoff loans
- Provide additional support to team during volume increases
- Communicate with RSD and manager on issues, workflow, etc.
- Additional training or courses required by company
