Builder Finance Funding Specialist, 2350 Lakeside Blvd. Richardson, TX

Requirements:

Minimum of 8 years experience in loan operations with an emphasis on attorney prepared documentation
Advanced comprehension of residential builder, interim construction and commercial (UCC) loan documentation
College degree preferred, but commensurate work experience considered
Previous experience in auditing collateral, exception reporting and resolution is desired
Must possess a superior knowledge of business entity documentation requirements and a comprehensive knowledge of all related lien perfection and compliance regulatory requirements
Must be detail oriented and flexible with above average oral and written communication skill and have advanced or intermediate working skills in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Access, and Word)
Previous experience in auditing collateral, exception reporting and resolution is desired
Preferred system knowledge includes TCL, AFS, Microsoft Office, Fields Tickler System (Xtria), Nautilus and CT Lien Solutions

Responsibilities:

Performs pre and post-closing review of all attorney prepared loan documentation related to the various loan products offered by the (Residential) Builder Finance Unit
Performs post-closing documentation review and initial disbursements on commercial and consumer loans
Identifies and reports exceptions to ensure lien perfection
Performs verification of proper approval authority during pre and post-closing review process
