Credit Monitoring Analyst, 2000 McKinney Ave. Dallas, TX
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience with credit loan documentation components and credit monitoring verification experience in the financial services industry
- Degree in finance or accounting preferred but comparable experience will qualify
- Full understanding of loan agreements, guaranties, and related collateral documents
- Good accounting skills with the ability to understand corporate financial statements (must understand functions of balance sheet, income statement, cash flow and how they relate to each other)
- Working knowledge of AFS and Fields Tracking System required or similar type systems
- Proficient knowledge of PC/Internet, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and execute multiple tasks successfully
Responsibilities:
- Calculating financial ratios to monitor compliance with loan agreements
- Verification of monthly/quarterly documents from Borrowers, such as financial statements, accounts receivable agings, borrowing base reports, loan compliance reports and liquidity reporting
- Monitoring system input on new/modified loans by identifying reporting items contained in loan agreements and verify terms and conditions are consistent with approval
