Assistant Banking Center Manager, 2350 Lakeside Blvd. Richardson, TX


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years branch experience, supervisory experience a plus
  • Thorough knowledge of bank and branch operations; strong customer service and sales
  • Knowledge of bank products and services
  • College degree preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication (both written and verbal) and leadership skills
  • Must be a problem-solver and possess the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Proficient knowledge of computers and internet

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper operation of the banking center to include sales and service, operations and risk management, and human resources management
  • Handle monthly branch audit procedures including review of teller cash funds, negotiables, security equipment, and various operational functions
  • Serve as backup to Financial Services Representatives for deposit account sales and service and to Customer Service Representatives for teller transactions
  • Coordinate legal documentation to ensure compliance to various regulations
  • Provide customer service for miscellaneous account issues that occur within the banking center
