Assistant Banking Center Manager, 2350 Lakeside Blvd. Richardson, TX
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years branch experience, supervisory experience a plus
- Thorough knowledge of bank and branch operations; strong customer service and sales
- Knowledge of bank products and services
- College degree preferred, but not required
- Strong communication (both written and verbal) and leadership skills
- Must be a problem-solver and possess the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Proficient knowledge of computers and internet
Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper operation of the banking center to include sales and service, operations and risk management, and human resources management
- Handle monthly branch audit procedures including review of teller cash funds, negotiables, security equipment, and various operational functions
- Serve as backup to Financial Services Representatives for deposit account sales and service and to Customer Service Representatives for teller transactions
- Coordinate legal documentation to ensure compliance to various regulations
- Provide customer service for miscellaneous account issues that occur within the banking center
