Customer Service Representative/Teller, 2000 McKinney Ave. Dallas, TX
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years previous banking experience working in a branch, which includes customer service and cash handling
- Knowledge of banking products and services
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient knowledge of PC (Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet)
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Responsibilities:
- Front-line customer service position to handle teller and customer service requests
- Sell and cross-sell bank products and services
- Assist Banking Center Manager with operational duties and responsibilities
- Serve as backup to Financial Service Rep during peak and heavy traffic times
- Provide customer service for miscellaneous account issues that occur within the banking center
- Effectively communicate with customers and make decisions based on the best interest of the customer and bank
- Serve as back-up to new accounts area
