Treasury & Liquidity Sales Associate, 2000 McKinney Ave Dallas , TX

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
• Minimum of 3 years bank treasury management or other financial sales/consultant experience
• Strong attention to detail and superior customer service skills/attitude
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Well organized to handle heavy workload. Ability to handle multiple tasks, interruptions and fast paced environment in the daily context of effectively dealing with time deadlines for client and bank internal needs
• Proficient knowledge of PC/Internet (including Microsoft PowerPoint, Word & Excel)
• Basic knowledge of bank products, services, trends in commercial banking and treasury management
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, interruptions and fast paced environment in the daily context of effectively dealing with time deadlines for client and bank internal needs
• Good organizational skills
  

Responsibilities:

• Complete implementation, training and all set-up documentation
• Coordinate the execution of all product/service agreements, forwarding agreements and implementation documentation to the appropriate internal treasury client support areas
• Ensure all account services and applicable pricing/deviations are applied to account analysis statements
• Coordinate a smooth transition for the new client to treasury client support upon successful service set-up
• Provides customers with routine services and handles customer issues
• Assists officers with client relationships and products
• General administrative duties, such as copy, filing and mail distribution
• Prepare financial reports and assist officers with administration of client accounts
• Complete implementation, training and all set-up documentation
• Others duties as required
